We’d been customers for 20+ years, but not anymore. Billed 3 hours ($600+!) to do routine AC maintenance and coil cleaning, it used to take less than an hour. Outrageous. Didn’t bring any coil cleaner -- in August, for an AC maintenance call -- so they charged us to drive to Hartford and back to pick some up. Wouldn’t even give us the rest of the cleaner we’d paid for afterward. When asked about the hours, we were told that billing starts from the time they leave their HQ. Absolutely fantastic service. I called the people who did my other HVAC needs on my new home but they couldn't service my hot forced air furnace and sent me to Hi Point and I couldn't have been happier with the service I received. I called on Monday morning and they had an opening that day and I had heat that night. Super fast, super professional, work on an hourly rate which worked for me since he was able to diagnose and repair in under an hour. I will 100% use them again.
