Service crew is the A team, highly recommended
I called to see if I could have them replace springs on my garage door. They took a week to come out and the tech showed up, got out of his vehicle, walked up, and read the label on the garage door. Then left and said he would give an estimate. I ended up going with overhead door in goodland. They then sent me a bill for an hour of work, gas(which I understand), and “nuts, bolts, and lube” that they never even used! Jenna later called to rectify the billing issues. We have had Hi-Plains Door Systems, Inc to our farm to replace a door and also to repair a door and were completely satisfied with the prompt response from their office and technicians. They came when they said they would and repaired everything back like new! They have serviced two garage doors at our home and again, we were very pleased with the work the technicians did.
