Was told I have a "guy" for you. Working out the final details, waiting on contract, instead of a contract I received an email (less than 2 weeks to my event) stating, "I'm sorry I no longer have someone for you."
Hi-Note Party was absolutely wonderful! Bill, the owner went out of his way to accommodate our needs for a large event in the city and entertained all of the children and adults with his amazing balloon hats and airbrush tattoos. I would highly recommend Hi-Note Party for your next event!
I recently had Bill come out to do face painting for my daughter's birthday in Feb and my oldest Daughters birthday this past weekend - the kids had a blast getting their faces painted and Bill is really great to work with. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!
Bill was absolutely wonderful! He came to our Grand Opening and entertained all of the children and Adults with his amazing balloon hats, Butterfly wings, and other amazing balloon creations. I would highly recommend Hi Note Party for your next event!
