I slept with 12 girls and my bed was on the wall of the entrance door every minute you could hear the slamming doors of those who enter and leave I don't understand how it is possible that the doors are build like this horrible slam in a place to rest, this was not a rest time but a torture. I did use noise cancellation it didn’t help not a bit.

Je suis restée assise toute la nuit devant l'hôtel HI NYC , à espérer qu'on accepte exceptionnellement de m'accueillir dans les espaces communs de l'hôtel car lorsque j'ai voulu réserver sur place chez eux il n'y avait plus de lit disponible. À 1h du matin, le personnel me met à la porte , dehors de l'hôtel (jeune fille de 22ans seule à New York) Ils m'expliquent que l'hôtel n'a plus de lits disponibles, je leur explique que je n'ai pas d'autre endroit où aller et qu'il est 1h du matin je n'ose pas sortir Ils ne veulent rien... read more

The rooms were hot and they give u god awful bedding. The ac they supply does zip. A thin blanket so I think they know about how hot it is but want less complaints instead of actually fixing the ac. Two pillows? Yay! Both of them are flat like cardboard and possiblyinflatable. I had a creak in my neck from my neck lifting up coz my head was so low. Bathrooms are gross. Someone broke a whole bar of soap and it was there for at least a whole day before it was gone and it may have been sorted by someone staying there. A shower ... read more
