I love Hi Nails! They are always very professional and give a great service every time. Each technician is fantastic which is great because I can schedule on short notice. Also, they are open until 7:00 and on Sundays! Definitely a must try.

I was charged for premium products that were clearly just repackaged generic versions of common supplies.
The physical environment was dirty and poorly maintained rather than the "luxury" space promised.
The overall atmosphere was stressful and unpleasant rather than the relaxing experience advertised.
