Amazing and detailed manicure! This is my go to place
I’ve been to this salon three times now, twice for a gel manicure and once to get gel removed. I love the quality of the gel they use, and their technicians are wonderful at nail art (first time I got an ombré, second time I got cat eye with a friend). Unfortunately, both times I’ve had a manicure here, they cut my cuticles so much that they bled. I actually love the nail techs in both salons (Sunnyvale and RWC) but my last experience here removing gel nails was not great. I got them done in the Sunnyvale location and went to RWC to get them removed ($30) and the technician filed my natural nails so thin that 3 of my nails completely cracked/split the next day. The nail shapes were a bit wonky and she didn’t oil my cuticles or anything either. Pretty disappointed in the overall quality of care but I tipped $5 anyways.
