We noticed the Hi Nabor Grocery Store is much larger than it appears from the outside. It is well arranged by departments, for instance a bakery, flower shop, wine department, so finding things is easy. The store is clean and checkout is fast and friendly. This was a nice shopping experience.
Went there to get my address changed on license and the real ID and the ladies was so nice! It was very quick. Easy in easy out. This is definitely my go to spot for all DMV matters. Loved it!
Happy Saturday! I love Hi Nabor, it's one of my favorite stores in this area of town where I reside. The deli food is great, however I've noticed lately there is a little too much sodium in the food, some of the food doesn't require that much. The twice baked potatoes are good, the cheese has sodium, I don't think there needs to be salt added to that dish. The food needs less sodium, please and thank you❤️
This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The store manager, Kim, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I come to this location three times a week for my business, so I’m a frequent and loyal customer, and I have never been treated this way before. An employee made a mistake on my case, and instead of addressing the issue respectfully or trying to resolve it, Kim approached me with a very disrespectful and confrontational attitude. I recently got married and not a single florist in the Baton Rouge area would return our calls or respond to emails. I finally had one florist explain it was bc my wedding was the day before Mother’s Day and they simply couldn’t fulfill any wedding orders. I was prepared to do my own flowers when a friend recommended Hi Nabor. We met Miss Robin from the floral department and she exceeded our expectations.
