I called yesterday to make an appointment, I was being attended through the phone all fine basically already picked a date of appointment. I had let then person know I wanted the 3D/4D pack and then after then she said I’ll call u back and never did. Bad service with that and no call back.
Such an amazing experience! So patient and kind! Made our time so memorable. Our first experience at an OB office I was disappointed it was so rushed and I was too early on to even be able to see anything so I decided to switch to a midwife, wait a few weeks and go this route for the next ultrasound. I'm so glad that I did! Best decision I could have made! Thank you so much for creating such a great memory for me and my new little family We Will definitely be back!
CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT . Our first 3d ultrasound experience w our first child was definitely an unforgettable one at that . Things were alright for the most up until it came down to making the payment . We planned on paying half cash and the rest on card . When we went to check our banking balance , they tried to charge us for the whole session on the card when we had already paid half in cash . We had such an amazing experience at our gender reveal scan! It was extremely comfortable and enjoyable and we have so many great pictures. The entire staff was so kind. We also loved the heartbeat stuffed animals and were so glad we purchased one! I highly recommend any soon-to-be parents go here to get a peek at their little one. We will definitely be coming back!
Loved this place! We did the 3D/4D package and it was a wonderful experience. Easy to book appointments. Our US tech was kind and thorough. She made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. Office was clean and easy to locate. I even received a free insulated bag with Enfamil samples!
