I’ve been coming to this place since it first opened because it’s close to my work. I liked to pop in for a quick 30 minute foot rub on occasion. I’ve always had good experiences until today. The massage was fine and the lady was friendly. The issue came when it was time to pay. I was waiting at the door. They told me the door was locked, and then simply told me to come back tomorrow. My time was wasted and the service experience was very disappointing. Customer satisfaction: 2/10.

One of the worst experience ever as soon as she started my massage one of her coworker came inside the room and she stopped and started talking to her for like 3min in chinese after 15min she holds her phone for like 3min after another 15min she went to the bathroom came back after 5min 20min later she holds her phone again 15min later she leaves the room to talk to a customer in the front desk without even apologizing everytime she leaves or come back never ever ever ever this place again

I tried to go here with a Groupon. They didn’t know what massage I was scheduled for. I tried to use the restroom and they had a community hand towel (gross-unsanitary). I dried my hands on myjeans. Then they had to change the bottom sheet and could not provide a top sheet. I’ve never been anywhere that only used a bath towel for coverage. I asked to see their licenses —silence.
