Wow! What an amazing experience. The venue is affordable, great for a small gathering under 50 people, and BEAUTIFUL space. Caleb was thorough with communication and easy to work with. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to throw a bridal shower, baby shower, anniversary or birthday party.
Had a record release party at HI-LO. Easy load-in with freight elevator, place was clean, lit with cool overhang lighting, with awesome historical windows looking out on downtown. Acoustics were good for music. The conversation all night (other than the music) involved guests dreaming up other ideas for this amazing space: theatre event, wedding reception, pop-up fashion event, etc. contact people for the space are attentive and kind. I’ll definitely be back.
As a photographer, this space is a dream come true if you are wanting to be able to accomplish a modern, industrial, and chic feel all at once. Their many backdrops, large windows [with roller blinds], and large space helps you move around and control the scene with ease. The images I have created in that space are some of my all time favorite. Not to mention, it doesn't matter your photography editing style... the brick doesn't reflect like you'd expect and the floors, though wood, are the perfect shade. So much good contra... read more
