Hi-Lo Pros were great. Rob was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me. I would definitely recommend buying from this company.
I purchased a used forklift from this place last year and the owner gave me his word he would stand behind it if we had any issues. The lift began to have more and more issues and when I asked him to come take a look he stopped responding to my messages. I finally asked another service to look at it and it cost me another $5500.00 to fix all the things that were wrong with it....if I could give these guys less then one star I would. Terrible customer service experience and they lied about having the forklift completely ready... read more
