I would avoid purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, especially if you’re an out-of-state buyer. The sales process was frustrating from the start. I was presented with a $1,695 “Hi Lo Advantage” charge that was described as a required part of the purchase and explained as a fee to “prepare the vehicle for sale.” It took multiple rounds of back-and-forth before the dealership finally agreed to remove it. I recently bought my Lexus NX200t It was great Service. The process was really easy and quick I would definitely recommend this dealership if you’re buying a car everybody is awesome!

We purchased a 2023 Yukon XL on May 14th and by May 16th the AC stopped working. After a mechanic looked at it we were informed that there was absolutely no refrigerant in the car and a leak in the AC line. It appears likely the AC was recharged before given to us. We’re extremely upset and feel we were not given the whole truth about the condition of the car. It also is in need of an oil change and a new fuel filter. After paying $63,000 we’re extremely upset to be putting out more money to be able to enjoy our new vehicle.
