I had an appointment to get a car. Not any car but one in particular. I show up right when they open, ready to buy the car we talked about all week. I came from two states away. I get to the guy and he tells me they sold it the night before. I received no call or email to tell me this. I told him how far I came and he did absolutely nothing about it. Didn't even try to SELL ME A CAR! Customer service is abysmal! Don't trust it.
Ronald and Mike, the finance manager, we're AWESOME!! We arrived 20 minutes before closing and they worked with us to get us in the vehicle we wanted!! They truly are a blessing and we really appreciate them!!

I purchased my first car from Hi Lo, a 2018 Toyota Prius from them this month, out of state. Here is my honest experience / review. The salespeople were pretty helpful, but there were some things that were less than ideal.
