I went in for a shampoo after a surgery (couldn’t wash my hair for a week). I was able to get on with only a days notice and my stylist was so amazing! She took extra care and the shampoo massage was insane! I highly recommend this salon!
Wendy did my hair. What I asked for vs what I got for $278 and an entire day wasted. However, I did get a full refund so I’ll give them two stars for their customer service. It would be pretty unreasonable to not give me one though. Makes me sad to post but I feel I need to be honest and warn others because my hair is now damaged more and I will have to have another salon redo it.
Kanai'a was incredible! She is very experienced and knowledgeable. She asked questions to ensure my daughter got the exact haircut she wanted. We had great conversation and she made us feel very welcome in her chair. We just moved here so finding a new stylist is always nerve wracking but I'm happy to say we found the perfect person in Kanai'a.
This place was my saving grace. I had first went to a different salon to get my hair done and was not pleased with the outcome. The next day, I called here asking for help after being upset with my hair and they took me in as a walk in the same day. Everyone there was so nice and friendly. I absolutely loved my stylist, Deena. She was so kind and funny, she did the best she could with what I had and I couldn't be more grateful for her. The salon was like a family.
