I got a hair cut and color here and I don’t feel like I was listened to. I asked to return to my natural hair color and cut off dead ends. I left with split ends still exposed and hair still lightened. I recently went to another salon to correct my hair and really felt like I was listened to. Pictures below are before hilites Kailua, immediately after and after I had my hair done at a separate salon.
Highly recommend this salon. They were able to accommodate me same day. Their prices are transparent and the stylist who cut my hair was absolutely amazing Kelsey! I wanted a cute short hair cut and she nailed it. She listened to exactly what I wanted and I was so happy with my hair cute and continue to LOVE my hair cut! Thank YOU again Kelsey!!!
I went in for a shampoo after a surgery (couldn’t wash my hair for a week). I was able to get on with only a days notice and my stylist was so amazing! She took extra care and the shampoo massage was insane! I highly recommend this salon!
