Hi-Line tools is one of the most dependable hydraulic/small engine repair shops around. I take truck loads of tools to be rebuilt every winter and they are ready when the work season kicks off every year. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

I had them attempt to refurbish a hydraulic crimping tool (Anderson-Hubbell brand) from my old employer. Did not work when I picked it up and returned to my work to test it out. I brought it back there to get it fixed under warranty since my employer just paid to have it fixed from the first time I took it there. Same result happened after I picked it up a second time. Also my own hydraulic crimping tool (Penn-Union brand) stopped working properly after getting it recently refurbished there as well. Go elsewhere.

This company has been extremely helpful over the years and have excellent customer service. Monica at the front is very well-versed in her understanding of the equipment they offer and also has in-depth knowledge of the repair processes for those items. The owner, Trent, leads by example and is abundantly helpful.
