Worst company i have ever dealt with.. moving experience was made a nightmare by them. Kylie was the only person that at least most of the time would eventually return calls. If you are told to talk to Dave you might as well not even bother, will not answer or return calls. To improve service: Return calls, communicate with their customers, offer an honest quote not low ball the quote, refuse to answer customer calls until they have no time to go with someone else, then double the cost.
