My 25 year old BMW is no show car and I understand this. But I had to have the power steering looked at just to be sure I'd be safe. Mitch took my car for a morning check and called me back with the results. He said it was a really nice car, but it did need some LOVE, as he put it. Terrible service. Avoid if possible. Mitch, the owner/ mechanic seems knowledgeable & nice enough. But his wife, Shelly, who handles the phone calls & reception in the front is possibly the most grumpy & rude people you will ever encounter. I honestly feel bad for Mitch because I have no idea how he puts up with her rotten mood. I went home & appreciated my wife even more after my encounter with Shelly. Her attitude is so bad that I will no longer be taking my vehicles here.
