The service person explained what he was doing when I asked him. The downside was that he had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the fitting (a common piece) he needed to be delivered. I was charged $110.00 for the time he was standing around waiting - smoking in my driveway and doing stuff on his cell phone. I also got charged a ridiculous amount for the part. The fellow they sent was very capable, clear and honest. I am happy to have them do my bigger job. they did a bigger job and I am very happy with there service and communication...
Found service pro to be very poor. Had multiple service calls to repair my fireplace on three different occations, always with a different (and incorrect) diagnosis. They do not stand by their work or nor craftsmanship. Owner is not very friendly or customer oriented. Would advise to look for another plumber for your needs.
What an amazing Team! From the owner who squeezed me in for a big job that had to get done as soon as possible, to the guys at my house digging up my yard trying to avoid my flowers and trees, to the communication from the admin team. Couldn’t have asked for better service!
