After searching all over London trying a bunch of different places with free trials I started at hi ignition about 6 months ago and I absolutely love it - it’s really an answered prayer! Everyone there is super sweet its very homey..If you go to Kaitlyns class you get to meet her dog Murphy lol so cute he likes to hangout during the workout.. I look forward to every class each instructor has their own little style and are all amazing.. the workouts are GOOD! Just as hard or harder I find than with a reformer and way better p... read more
First spin class ever! what a workout! Shoutout to the fantastic spin instructor Kate who made me work for it!!!
10/10 for my first class at Hi-Ignition! The Spin & Sculpt class was a perfect mix of exercise, and the vibes were perfect. The instructor, Mafer, had high energy and was accommodating and supportive of all the various levels! The rest of the staff I interacted with were also so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back and encouraging all my friends to as well :)
Absolutely loved my first time at fit lab! Ren’s energy is unmatched, I felt completely safe and comfortable as a noobie guided with a lot of motivation and good energy. Even the staff was incredibly welcoming and guided me through every step. Can’t wait to take more classes at the fit lab!
I went to Kate’s Energy ride and she was amazing! This class is worth crawling out of bed for. 10/10 I would recommend this class (:
