Such an amazing experience at Katelyn’s spin and sculpt class. First time trying this out and she and Murphy made it fun !!

I had an amazing spinning class with Ren! I absolutely loved the music, the Latin theme, and especially the energy and vibe throughout the session. She is an excellent instructor. It was such a motivating and fun experience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great workout with good vibes!🫶

Went for their 5k run followed by strength class with ren! She was amazing and the workout was intense, fun, and truly rewarding! The studio is gorgeous, people are really sweet & I’d definitely recommend it!
