am very unsatisfied with hihealth innovations and would discorage anyone from dealing with these people as we have just got off the phone with these people and they are very unsympathetic of our situation on their money back guarantee on hearing aids as they did not wish to hear my dads situation of hardship with no grace period acknowledge of his circumstances and being a world war 2 veteran besides. we are very dissatisfied with this company and will discourage anyone from dealing with them
