Purchased a hearing aid for my right ear. They gave me one, based on the hearing test, that did not work. The sound is garbled and the unit stops working until I re-install the battery. Went back for adjustments after a month or so. They said the unit does not match my spectrum and don't have one that will. They still took my money. Not happy with the quality nor the accuracy of fitting me with the proper aid. A waste of money!
