Complete garbage Horrible paint, horrible weldments, down right pathetic welding, parts out of square and missing holes... If this is the type of work you are looking for then by all means go hi grade. You wont save money at this place or get any quality. I could do better work with a rock and chisel while being drunk off my ass. Stay far far far away.
Hogwash... They poorly perform in anything they state in their website; furthermore: These people are rude, they took 5 calls to return my inquiry, They asked me where I got the information I was asking about, which was right on their website. They ( the receptionist) beat me up verbally, blasted me for repeatedly calling (I called once a week for a total of 5 times before I got a reply). SOME THINGS NEVER CHANGE I use to work there in 94', and today its no better then when I left it. Rob runs it a bit better then his old man Karl, but this company has not reinvested into itself, and most equipment is antiquated. Overall, you will not save money by choosing them, and i would only do it as a last resort.
Modern Day Sweatshop As a former customer for Hi-Grade, I can attest to the fact that this company has mediocre business practices. The only consistency from this factory is that their product is consistently sub-par. Things like hole diameters or overall dimensions are either riding the maximum tolerance or not within tolerance. This coming from a place describing itself as an "Ultra Precision Shop".
