Managers should get fired. And the owner should be held responsible. If you know your workers don’t know how to clean then teach them. What is the point of managers and owners if they can even run a simple car wash. I payed for the platinum but still had dirty on my rims and barely vacuumed car.
I come here at least once a month. The techs are nice and speedy. These are my oil change, go to guys.
One of the attendants was extremely rude to me. I did not appreciate his manner, nor his lack of professionalism.
They really used to do agood job and I used to be a regular here but I was disappointed when I went two weeks ago. They jacked up the price to $30 plus. Then to make matters worse they left the old prices outside so you think you paying less and in reality they way over charging now. Talk about false advertisement.. At least put new signs up. When the car comes out, they rush you out the car so that the ladies can hurry up and dry your car. Rushing, and work inside as if they hiding because of their statuses here. I said it ... read more
