I first dealt with AO for a toilet issue, which they immediately came out and fixed. Their work ended up breaking immediately and they came out and fixed it again under warranty. then called them for a leak and installing a hose bib. They ended up coming back literally 5 times as it continued to leak in new places for several weeks / a few months after they installed it.
