Had a great experience. They take the time and explain everything.
This is going to be an unusual review. Why? Because this is a review of a place where I didn't go. I called to try to get treatment for tennis elbow. The person there, Lauren, went above and beyond to help me, going into detail about how the billing would go with my insurance company. She then referred me to another place, also forwarding my doctor's orders there as well. If that's not fantastic customer service, I don't know what is. Eric(OT). Is the Best. And the girls behind the counter work real hard and are sweat and always remembers your name.
I wish all medical offices operated the way Hi-Desert Medical Center Rehabilitation does. Everyone here is welcoming and friendly. These things are important and go a long way. My physical therapist is so knowledgeable. I am happy I decided to go through with physical therapy. Please open a location in 29 Palms accepting a myriad of insurance plans!
