Awesome service at Hi Dersert Furniture.Just from the walk into the sales floor that makes you feel welcomed;to the sale reps (Martha&Nikki)were very helpful and very patient with me and my wife.Our furniture even arrived sonner than expected,and the delivery men /installers were very patient and great at installation (Jose and Modesto).Over all it was a great experience and this why we are loyal customers....
My husband and I went in today only to look for a new mattress. Upon arriving we were greeted by Wendy. She was so sweet and honest while willing to help in any way she could! Not only did we leave purchasing our mattresses but we also left with a new dining room set! I have never had a more pleasant experience with a big purchase than I did with her! I recommend if you go, ask for Wendy! You won’t be disappointed!
We went in and Wendy was very helpful and friendly. The delivery guys Jose and Modesto were friendly and efficient. They showed up right on time and had us set up and ready very quickly.
Shopping for furniture at Hi Desert Furniture was a wonderful experience. My Furniture Consultant, Ernest, was very helpful and friendly. Jose and Modesto delivered my purchases with care , both were friendly and very professional. I recommend Hi Desert Furniture!
They (Wendy and Jeremy) were very helpful and friendly. Prices were reasonsble and have many choices to choose from. Delivery from Diego and Jose were as expected. They were efficient and very nice personality. Happy with all. just want to add that got another delivery by Jose and Modesto a few days ago, both very friendly and professional. The furniture was not only beautiful but they have a wide variety. I was very pleased at the knowledge of Jeremy. He was very patient with me. No high pressure sales. It gets better for me, Joe and Modesto and Jose were all excellent and skillful at taking my King bedroom upstairs to Master Bedroom. They assembled the set safely and quickly.
