They hung up in my face and wouldn’t refund services I didn’t receive. It was Darlene that hung up in my face. She doesn’t deserve to be working customer services. I forgive her though.

I was greeted by a young lady named Tracy, Who I found very polite and prompt.2 thumbs up! Businesses need employees like her!! I also recently went in to pay my recent bill. And to turn my service off.Due to business being slow. I was greeted by a young lady named Charity. She was very polite,helpful and informative. After talking with her. I decided to keep their service. Thank you Charity and the whole staff at HD Alarm. For years of dependable service!!

Would not recommend them as an employer. They will screw you over at any chance they get. They do not pay fairly, they will not give employment verification for any reason, owner boasts he’s never had to pay unemployment (which is a lie I know firsthand), and they try to hire people who are unaware of labor laws. Wouldn’t work for them, wouldn’t do business with them.

Hi-Desert Alarm has a Service Specialist named Samantha that really went above and beyond to help out. I manage the alarm systems for several different healthcare facilities in Victorville, Apple Valley and Hesperia. Due to some recent changes by my corporate office and the local phone companies, we’d been running into several service issues and some of them required numerous hours (including off-duty and after hours) assistance from Samantha. So, for her patience and professionalism, I give her 5-stars. Thanks.
