Prompt. Efficient and effective.
Had staff head to their office hoping to pick up some parts for EzRect. Was told they were not able to sell any parts due to "no sales person available to process any orders". If placing orders, be prepared to wait a few days. Guess they only care about the big fish and not the small guys.
When more solutions are needed for my work, I always check this place out first for selection AND bargains. New or used, shelving and storage solutions are a great help in making a more organized work space
