I'm not sure what you changed, but the tender sliced might have gotten mixed up with dog treats? I've been buying this specific bag and flavor at town pump stores in the state for years, this time, new bag, and definitely not good. Please fix whatever happened
Recently purchased a bag of “Original”, original what, I do not know, wasn’t the flavor, definitely not the texture. The best way to describe these oily strips of soft grease might be chemically cured synthetic jerked baloney…. I've been buy Hi-Country jerky for years. The only brand I'd buy. For some reason the tender sliced formula changed for the worst. No way to explain the new texture. Put it this way. My 7 month old grandson with no teeth could eat this. Of course I bought the biggest bag available. Now it's getting thrown away. I even tried drying it more. Now I can see why it's all over the news works are getting layed off and sales are falling. Maybe return the original recipe and try and win your loyal customers back.

We have been purchasing from here for decades. Not any more. I got a rancid bag of jerky and when I got back home in Helena I emailed the company with photos of the product number. Never did hear from anybody. More to let them know it could be a health hazard for the general public. Went not long ago, not many products available, prices are way up and quality down.
