My experience with Hi Country Floors was excellent. We were able to schedule the vinyl flooring installation easily over the phone. Kody and Kory were great to work with—responsive, professional, and quick to follow up on any questions we had. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely use them again!

The business owners were patient with us as we took several years to confirm our purchase---because of Lake City bear (culprits) entering our cabin and causing destruction. As we made efforts to correct this situation prior to carpet installation, they "waited us out," and worked with us. The installation, which we, ourselves, have not yet seen, was reported by our son to be excellent work, and most pleasant workers. Highly recommended.
