This is a very good experience. We booked a two beds room and it was clean and big. The hotel also provides printing service and laundry service which are life saver. The staff at the front desk are friendly and polite. This hotel makes the Chicago trip a perfect trip.
I've traveled the world staying at hostels, and this is one of the nicest there is. Great atmosphere, always International people, all ages, clean, planned activities and tours.
