Came on Sunday and arrived at 5:50. Despite getting there 10 minutes before closing, the lady locked the door and refused to open it.
KAREN IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. I have been coming to her for about 10 years now, I refuse to let anyone else touch my eyebrows . There place is always clean and smells amazing . They offer everything from waxing, threading , etc. 100% love this place and anyone leaving bad reviews is lying!
I’ve been going to Kiran and her staff at Hi Brow for over 5 years and I’ve never left unsatisfied with my eyebrows. They do an excellent job and are always meticulous. Kiran is also an extremely kind and caring person, she knows her clients! Would definitely recommend, 5 stars!
Looks like Hi Brow Bar's 2024 New Year's Resolution is to start providing low brow service. Not sure what happened, but the front desk person is rude and gets easily defensive. The brow stylists are often getting hair in the eyes, causing them to be itchy all day. These chi-chi jathi just don't care to be consistently professional.
