Lady named Clara is very unprofessional I had wax she couldn’t even see properly leaving all the hairs on skin even on underarms and I had to show her about 15-20 times to redo I felt very inconvenient. I was there to get full legs but she didn’t even do full legs stating I need to pay extra for bikini line wax which is not even closer to it, what is the point of getting full legs?!! The owner was so rude and unprofessional . She should some manners. Not recommend every going back to this business
Gone downhill. Been coming for years, but for past 6 months, it's been repeated bad service, inexperienced staff, late to open. time to find a new place :(
Since you enter, bad vibes come across, they see me with a bad face, in addition, they cut one eyebrow more than the other and I told them to fix it and in the end they left it worse than they had left it. I am dissatisfied with this people because the same happened to my sister because she was with me .They care more about earning $10 than giving good service to the new clients leave this place ver dissatisfied and not coming back, because they are not interested in giving good service.
