System glitch left me without a rook for the night!! No help from them at all
Overall experience was really good! But I need to give 3.5 stars for rooms and bathrooms. I was in a 6-room dormitory. Bed was okay, but the blanket had female hair on it which threw me off because I work as a housekeeper and I always make sure to check blankets. I dont like that you have to buy a lock for the locker. It would be better if its automatic lock. Bathrooms were okay, mostly clean, if you go at night they will be clean but in the mornings I noticed a lot of hair and water everywhere but there were small things th... read more
Amazing hostel with very accommodating staff and a list of great free perks. Very homely.
Loud doors slamming and woman sleeping in the bunk above me loudly snoring all night. Also, I went to use the bathroom at 3 am and must have not locked the door all the way and the housekeeper started to walk in. Instead of saying "Oops, sorry" she started yelling at me while staying in the bathroom instead of immediately leaving!!!! I couldn't believe it! The mattress was pretty good but unfortunately, I did not sleep all night. It was rough.
