Hiboba is somewhere that I’ve consistently been to for years and I’ve never had a problem until recently when they changed the owner, the workers aren’t as enthusiastic as they once were and the place itself felt awkward

Hi Boba use to be my favorite spot, they recently changed owners and things are just not the same. The employees don’t seem as happy to help. The new system they switched to does not calculate points accurately and it is brushed off when you bring to their attention. And the lack of convenience now that you can not place on-line orders makes it even less desirable. The old owners were amazing and it’s just not the same.
The best Boba!!! They’re always very friendly too!
I’m a regular customer there and have been for months and I always come in to grab something because of the quality of their drinks. I recently came in on Saturday and was surprised to see a completely different system set up and I had asked one of the employees about it and they had told me it’s a new system because there are new owners and because of this the old point system is completely out the window.
