Demand a deposit to make sure you don’t do a last minute cancellation but they feel like it’s okay to change your visit’s time last minute or ask you to reschedule when you already made arrangements for your visit, and if that wasn’t enough… make you wait over an hour before you can get your treatment. It’s such a shame because they offer good treatments/services but their customer service has become unacceptable.
Very relaxing atmosphere. Staff is very friendly. This is my second time here and I love it. My skin feels amazing.
