This is my experience. 19/06/26. I was told that they have brand new tires over the phone. After 30min once I got there they tried to put used two tires for my back. (My car got staggered wheels) Two times I was told to go to customers waiting area because, they know it’s hard to rip it off someone easily who knows the work. After I involved they brought another brand new tires from somewhere else and reinstalled by removing their used tires. Don’t do this to anybody. Customer service was non-existent, communication was poor, and professionalism was nowhere to be found. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and disappointed. There are many tyre shops that value their customers—this is not one of them.
Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff are extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Even if you politely ask a question or try to understand the work being done, they react aggressively and make you feel unwelcome. It feels like customers are not allowed to ask questions. Instead of providing clear answers, the staff become defensive and speak in a rude manner. I have never experienced such poor customer service from a tyre shop before. Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a confirmed appointment booked with the owner, yet when I arrived with an hour still remaining before closing time, I was told to come back tomorrow. There was no attempt to honour the booking or assist me in any way. What made the experience even worse was seeing a tall, slim employee with curly hair standing around smoking and chatting instead of helping customers.
