They trap you in a long term monthly payment then force you to pay a big chunk of it very early when you follow the regiment correctly. Kind of scummy
Getting braces at the age of 31 feels a bit scary but my dentist referred me to Hi5 and I couldn’t be happier. The staff are friendly, the consultation really shows how much they care; they leave you with no questions unanswered and clearly lay out your plan. Their payment options are awesome and they’re flexible. All their orthodontic assistants are friendly and highly capable. I have never had a bad experience with any of my appointments and would recommend this place to anyone. 10000/10.
I was super excited to start my Invisalign treatment! I have been expirencing TMJ and was excited for the relief. My consultation was fine gabby was nice, the dentist was alright but he had no answers about my TMJ even though it says they are TMJ experts on their website. A few days before my appointment I was left a voicemail because my trays were delayed, about 9 minutes later I got a call back saying nevermind they are there. Trying to speak to someone over phone at Hi-5: IMPOSSIBLE
So far, they have been awesome to work with! Especially with calls and making sure we were taken care of in office. Although the computer wasn’t sending reminders, they still were absolutely awesome to work with and even helped me reschedule same day due to an overlap in schedule. And they have a really ENTERTAINING and FUN TEAM =)
