Turn on my engine and saw a warning. Found out I had a nail in my tire. Called HHR as I read their reviews. Steve said bring it right in and I could wait for it! I was in and out in less than 1hr! They even repaired my snowblower tire! Great customer service. 1st time going there but won’t be my last. Thank you

Unfortunately I had a bad experience yesterday. Had to get my car looked at and he priced me around 500+. Told him I’d call him right back but I had to make some calls. I couldn’t afford it so I had alternate plans. I called back within 30 minutes and he had already installed the thing. But wanted to charge me an hour and a half originally. Ended up giving me 100 off because they did it, but he charged me an hour for labour.
