I tried calling them but couldn't even get thru their IA phone system. After 5 minutes of telling it to let me speak to a person it just kept asking me "do you still need help with your patio cover?" And NEVER connected me to someone. I'm not going to spend $10k+ with a company where I can't even speak to a person. Edit/response: I find it interesting that I called the number listed on YOUR website and got AI even though you say you don't use it...
