Arrived at Minden walk-in clinic shortly after 1000…..I acknowledge I am seeking HC at a walk-in clinic in rural ON in the midst of a provincial health crisis but…….upon entering the facility I am overwhelmed with signage that doesn’t tell me the most important thing (pic up a number at the entrance and wait to be called to register)…….that information is shared by a fellow patient…..ok I am number 16…..now, it’s 1320 and I am registered but am waiting to speak with a triage nurse re reason for my visit…I’ve spent 3 hours in... read more
