HHH is a boutique Gin and Whisky distillery set in the Bickley Valley of Western Australia. With a focus on local signature botanicals, our two standouts are geraldton wax (used in Wax Lyrical and Wax Lyrical Blue) and Honey Myrtle (used in Miss Myrtle, our new release this year). Such an experience chatting with Hilton and experiencing what he does. We are not big gin drinkers, not wow, we really liked all their gins, but in particular we loved the KLC. We came here for the whisky and it did not disappoint, smooth and easily one of the best Australian Whiskys we've had.
Our visit to HHH Spirits was a great experience. We had a lot of laughs and learnt all about making and infusing gin, not to mention the tastings. Hilton was an awesome host too. We highly recommend HHH Spirits. The Persian Sisters ( Mary )
GO HERE NOW! :) The quality of the spirits is exceptional. My partner loves their whisky and I';m a gin drinker so we were both very happy to sip on these tastings. The host was very friendly, knowledgable and fun. It's a hidden away gem in the hills. Definitely worth a visit.
If you love gin and/or whisky, you MUST visit!! The quality of the spirits here are outstanding and the owner makes all the spirits in his housemade copper stills. My personal faves are the KLC gin and the Blue Wax Lyrical (made from Geraldton wax and blue butterfly pea flowers). It's a hidden gem in the hills and the owner is so lovely and incredibly knowledgeable. Go!!
Don't be fooled by the unassuming entrance. This is out of pocket distillery run by 1 guy was definitely an impressive feat and a nice place to stop by for some cheeky gin tasting and stories by Mr Hilton. I was definitely impressed by this experience.
