Hilton has lots of excellent Gins, great spirits and products . Lovely place to visit and have a chat with him and his wealth of information & knowledge.
Hilton is a genius. How weird some guy in a shed in the hills can make better vodka than all the big names. Do yourself a favour and come visit. Yes, you are in the right place if there's just a bunch of sea containers on a gravel lot.
Such an experience chatting with Hilton and experiencing what he does. We are not big gin drinkers, but wow, we really liked all their gins, but in particular we loved the KLC. We came here for the whisky and it did not disappoint, smooth and easily one of the best Australian Whiskys we've had.
Stumbled across this boutique distillery and what a gem. Hilton’s enthusiasm for distilling is infectious, with a solid range of gins, vodka and whisky on offer. Don’t expect anything flashy — the place is raw, relaxed and genuinely authentic, which only adds to the charm.
Took my mother on the recommendation of some Lesmurdie locals. Glad I did! Authentic local experience, incredible variety and quality of spirits - gin, vodka and whiskey - and warm hospitality with interesting stories from Hilton. What a lovely afternoon, we will remember this outing.
