Ended up here after booking an Amazing Connytery picnic. A cute little hidden gem of a distillery nestled in the Perth Hills. Definitely worth a visit. The Wax Lyrical Blue gin is beautiful! And Hilton (the owner) was very friendly 😊

A fantastic experience from start to finish. The gin was absolutely delicious smooth, full of flavour, and easily some of the best I’ve had. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what he does. He took the time to explain the distilling process, the botanicals, and what makes each gin unique, which made the tasting even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for great gin and a genuine, informative experience, I highly recommend stopping by.

Such an experience chatting with Hilton and experiencing what he does. We are not big gin drinkers, but wow, we really liked all their gins, but in particular we loved the KLC. We came here for the whisky and it did not disappoint, smooth and easily one of the best Australian Whiskys we've had.

Hilton is a genius. How weird some guy in a shed in the hills can make better vodka than all the big names. Do yourself a favour and come visit. Yes, you are in the right place if there's just a bunch of sea containers on a gravel lot.
