An incredible experience I had with Hilton! It's amazing how passionate he is when talking about his product. I love gin, so after trying his, I ranked HHH as my favourite. The spices you can taste with just one sip are incredible! If you're after some gin, go for HHH.
Totally unpretentious, just an amazingly intelligent man who has used his understanding of science and engineering to make phenomenal gin. I could have listened to him all day describing the processes and his work. The gins we tasted were the smoothest, most Devine I've ever tried, with a little science magic pH reaction fun to keep you in awe! The bottles are beautiful and designed to be reused. Go here!!!!
I think I just met the owner he said there was only two of them. The gin is absolutely delicious I have paid double the price on boutique gin and not as tasty as this it taste how I would imagine a gin would taste his advice on tonic was helpful to I should have got his name sorry It was at Dan Murphy in Innaloo this afternoon
