I had a question about their product and sent a message over Memorial Day weekend. They took the time during their time off to answer my questions fully. They also made sure during the weekend my order was shipped. During the weekend they checked on the delivery and found that one of the packages was reported damaged and they overnighted me on their own a new package so I would not be delayed. Outstanding customer service!

Less than 20 minutes later, HHC DIESEL called back & told me, "If you order w/in the hour It'll be mailed out today," & guess what!?!?! Not only did HHC DIESEL send my order immediately, but WITHOUT QUESTION, waived the shipping fee & had the parts in my hand LESS THEN 48 business hrs later!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! When it comes to customer service, Mark, at HHC Diesel, is literally the best that I have ever dealt with. When I figured out that the parts I needed would not make it in time, due to the postal service, not Mark, he told me he would see what he could figure out and call me back.
