Good shop, fast repair, reasonable prices.
They do good work and there are nice people
MOST EXPENSIVE overall despite having a fair labor rate. This shop did not consult me about part options, failed to provide an estimate before proceeding with repairs, and charged significantly more than the dealership for parts—on top of a hefty markup. What should have been a minor repair ended up taking several days. Transparency and communication were seriously lacking. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.
The shop does quality work but the parts were inflated much more than retail, I wasn’t given a option on what brand I wanted to use and my PM oil change was $200 more than the dealer. It took 3 days to change a crankcase filter.
