Not the friendliest service in the store or over the phone. Prices are much higher than other supply stores.
Sold me the wrong ignitor for my furnace after they matched it to my old one. Younger associate (Cory or Cody) told me it should work. Wouldn't let me return it because I plugged it in. Told me that even though they said it will work, it's still my decision to buy it.
So much I don't know ! Try to make plans for an extra hour here !
