Service has gone down over the years. The turn-over rate is a bit alarming (especially with the amount I have with them). Planners are either quitting or being let go; not too sure. I’d prefer speaking with the same planner and not hopping from planner to planner every couple of months. I wasn’t advised my planner had left. Hoping my current advisor stays. She’s great.
