My roommates & I moved in (529 E. 13th), and it has been the worst living experience imaginable. We should have seen the problems from the beginning - the apartment door had a large circular hole in it where a lock should have been (this was not fixed for at least a week), our showerhead did not work, and we saw roaches in our apartment every so often.
