We had such a fantastic experience thanks to Jodian at HH Prime at the Omni! From the moment we walked up to the bar, she delivered truly outstanding service. Jodian was welcoming, professional, and had such a great personality that made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Perhaps it was due to off season, the breakfast was offered only off of the menu, no buffet. Only few people serving. There was a long wait to get in. When seated, took long to get the drink and menu. Food took some time. Overall, it took 1.5 hours for everything. I was not chased by time but those who have tight schedule, this is not the place to eat. I saw many just left tired of waiting. The staff was friendly but not very efficient.
