Went hear for father's day. unfortunately the only order that got messed up was the Dad's. The server did offer to correct but that would have cooked the steak more. The manager did offer dessert for the miss understanding. I had the sweet potato Gnocchi. They were good but not over the top. My daughter had the surf & turf with the pork belly. First off, the prople raving about te calamari? It's not bad, but there's better on island. At that orice point, they need to be competitive with Coast and they are not. The food was otherwise fantastic. Everyone was friendly, engaged, and we were well taken care of. My issue is choices they made in the restaurant with seating and such. It's weird to me how mixed the reviews are of HH Prime. We have been here 3 times over two years and two stays at the Omni and really have nothing bad to say about it. Cannot comment on breakfast, strangely we haven't gone at breakfast and instead opted for smaller, local bakeries/shops in the mornings. But for dinners it has been great. Feel like it's one of the more elevated/creative menus on the island that features southern inspired dishes that have some refinement and thought put into them without being heavy handed. We had such a fantastic experience thanks to Jodian at HH Prime at the Omni! From the moment we walked up to the bar, she delivered truly outstanding service. Jodian was welcoming, professional, and had such a great personality that made the entire experience even more enjoyable.
