My 14 year old was given a photography workshop/lesson with Hrach as a birthday present. Hrach was very prompt in his communication and followed up when he said he would. He explained concepts in a way that my son was able to understand. We then went out into the field to take pictures of planes coming into PDX. We even had an impromptu few minutes with hawk that flew nearby. He was very encouraging and supportive. As a beginner in photography,I appreciated how Hrach struck balance between theory and practical application. What I found most valuable was learning not about concepts such as exposure, aperture, shutter speed etc which you can learn on online platforms but what to look for when creating an image—how to see light, frame a subject, and tell a story through a photograph.
Absolutely amazing experience! He did a fantastic job and made everything feel easy and comfortable.The photos turned out beautifully-better than I expected.I would definitely book again and Highly recommend to anyone looking for a talented and professional photographer.
I used HH for portfolio pictures for my custom cabinet business. Great communication, quick service, amazing photography.
Took a 90-minute photography 1-on-1 lesson with Hrash which morphed into a 3-hour plus exercise. Hrash was extremely patient and encouraging, providing me with great insight into the preparation and flow on how to improve my process. I look forward to another in the field class with him soon.
