I’ve been here before and had a fine experience but I went to get my relax and get my toenails done which I almost never do and the lady assisting me took it upon her self to cut my toenails the vertical way and scrape away at my ‘inner’ cuticles. I told her 3 times that something she was doing hurt. Nails came out fine but I also ended up with a double toe infection. No history of ingrown toe nails and I’m definitely not a dirty person.
